余巧兒，自由身舞蹈藝術工作者、編舞，Room712 創辦人，畢業於香港演藝學院當代舞系。她積極參與舞蹈及跨界創作與演出，並致力於探索身體與不同媒介之間的關係。
近年編舞及創作作品包括藝穗節2026《致海的信》、《另起爐灶：攪拌現場》、臨界藝術節《SCRATCH!》之 This is not your business、鹽田梓表演藝術節《不要動不動就是石頭》以及香港舞蹈聯盟「舞蹈新鮮人2024/25」《呯！》等，並主導多個 Room712 跨媒介創作與現場實驗計劃。
作為表演者，她曾參與鄧樹榮戲劇工作室《薄伽梵歌》及《哈姆雷特》、《念》陳蕾演唱會、Neo Dance HK 《一個人共舞》、西九文化區梅田宏明《密不可分》、MW舞蹈劇場《當打之年》及《賞味期限》，以及多個本地及國際舞蹈節演出。
Yu Hau Yi Carmen, freelance dance artist and choreographer, and the founder of Room712. She graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Contemporary Dance. Actively engaged in both dance and interdisciplinary practices, her work focuses on exploring the relationship between the body and different media.
Her recent choreographic and creative works include “A Letter to the Moonlit Sea” (HK Fringe Festival 2026), “Reconstruct: Stirred Live at the Cross” , “This is not your business” (Horizon Festival 2025 “SCRATCH! Fringe Creation Incubator”), “Don’t move, Stone” (Yim Tin Tsai Performing Arts Festival 2025), and BOOM (Hong Kong Dance Alliance “New Force In Motion 24/25”). She has also initiated and led various cross-media and live experimental projects under Room712. In addition, she has worked as a director and movement director in different productions, including projects presented at the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival and the Asia Cultural Co-Operation Forum.
As a performer, she has appeared in productions by Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio, including Bhagavad Gita and Hamlet, as well as Dahlia Blossom: Hins Cheung Prime Classics Macau Concert, Panther Chan Mindfulness Live 2024, Y-Space “Matches-What? a Wonderful World!?”, Neo Dance HK “Solo Together”, West Kowloon Cultural District Phygital D: Hiroaki Umeda – Indivisible Substance, and works by MW Dance Theatre including “The Formidable Year” and “Shelf Life”. She has also performed in “Elephant in the Room” at The Hong Kong Jockey Club Contemporary Dance Series, and in various local and international dance festivals.
